The Creator-Intelligence consist of particles, like everything around us, and so is the consciousness of all creatures. Absolutely everything is programmed to be the way it is. However, he received his abilities and master authority from the "Source of All That Is" at the beginning of existence. (Ref. "He Fable of the Origin", that is revised Aug 9th this year.) The Source is the master that everything emanated from in the beginning of existrence.
The Creator-Intelligence was the one who programmed the particles to form physical life on Earth to be what it is. The particles have an enormous ability to remember and store information. Otherwise, life on Earth would not exist. In order to do that, they must be able to communicate with each other and cooperate, right?
A seed that contains information about a particular plant communicates it to particles that come from the sunlight to build it up as it grows.
