Consider if you sometimes tend to look down on other people. You may then have particles from the very first sun in the Cosmos, those that have been programmed to form contrasts with the light within the particles of your soul. If you feel that this may be true, you can ask for help to have them pulled out of your soul.
If there are emotional wounds that cause you to have negative attitudes towards others, then the Keys of Liberation will give you the answer to why you feel this way. It is unfortunate and unwise to criticize others, whether in thought or word. Your thoughts are energy. The negative thoughts can come from emotional wounds that lie in the unconscious. You can find out about them yourself with the help of the keys. But the negative thoughts can also come from the person you are criticizing with your thought! If he or she has negative thoughts about themselves, you may come to include them in your perception of them because it is in their energy field. This is one of the reasons why it is wise to learn the Keys of Liberation, for example in relation to bullying, both in school and in the workplace.
When you have negative thoughts in relation to others, there is a good rule of thumb that you can use for yourself. Look at life as a big school! You would never start criticizing a child who is in first grade for not being educated, would you? You cannot compare that boy or girl with someone who has finished high school, I am absolutely sure of that. Some are slow to learn, others pick up knowledge very quickly. Fortunately, we have a great tolerance for these things in our school.
When we meet other people, it is the case that some are old souls and others are living their first life. That is one of the reasons why people are so different. In our Norwegian society, in the years since the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was made in 1948, attitudes have emerged that people should be treated equally. As I experience it, the idea of equal treatment of people has been anchored through the family, school and the society I grew up in. It is an attitude that I highly value. Every society should emphasize such attitude work.
In recent years, we have witnessed great discrimination among people. I think it comes from what the Internet has brought with it, but there are also many extraterrestrials incarnated in our societies in the West, which has led to negative attitudes that violate good values. Many has not respect for the old values that has developed through hundreds of years. Therefore, it is important to be patient and learn about how we can preserve good values and attitudes.
We must go all the way back to the beginning and learn about the history of existence to fully and completely understand! It is a bit of a challenge, but still very exciting and interesting. The most important thing is actually a willingness to learn and to change opinion and attitude.
